The Power of Breath
Breathwork Sessions for Calm, Clarity and Balance
Breathwork is a simple yet profound way to influence how we feel-physically, emotionally and energetically.
By working consciously with the breath, we can calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve focus and reconnect with a sense of ease. Fiona offers guided breathwork sessions that draw on both modern therapeutic methods and ancient breathing practices. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, making breathwork accessible for beginners as well as those with experience.
