The Power of Breath

Breathwork Sessions for Calm, Clarity and Balance

Breathwork is a simple yet profound way to influence how we feel-physically, emotionally and energetically.

By working consciously with the breath, we can calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve focus and reconnect with a sense of ease. Fiona offers guided breathwork sessions that draw on both modern therapeutic methods and ancient breathing practices. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, making breathwork accessible for beginners as well as those with experience.

How Breathwork Supports Wellbeing

  • Regulates the nervous system and eases symptoms of anxiety

  • Supports emotional release and a greater sense of calm

  • Enhances energy flow and vitality

  • Improves mental clarity and focus

  • Encourages deeper mind-body awareness

What to Expect in a Breathwork Session

Breathwork sessions are guided in a safe, supportive environment. You will learn simple yet effective techniques, practise them at your own pace, and be supported in noticing the shifts that follow. Depending on your needs, Fiona may integrate breathwork into a wider therapeutic session or offer it as a stand-alone practice.
