A Journey Grounded in Healing Traditions and Clinical Insight
Fiona’s path is shaped by more than twenty years of dedicated practice. Her formal qualifications include a Master of Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Holistic Counselling, and certifications in Yoga Therapy, EFT Tapping, and Qigong. These are complemented by decades of hands-on experience supporting individuals through life’s transitions - women in midlife, chronic illness, grief, perimenopause, anxiety and beyond.
Fiona works with individuals in person at her Mosman studio and online across Australia. Her integrated services in psychotherapy, movement, breathwork, and EFT tapping are designed to meet you where you are, offering grounded support for mind, body, and energy.
